Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to Zeitio subscriptions purchased through our third-party payment provider.

The policy explains when refunds may be available, what information we need to review a request, how cancellations affect future renewals, and how approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility

Zeitio is a subscription product for time tracking, project reporting, team workflows, and invoicing. Refund eligibility is limited so customers have a clear initial evaluation window while renewal billing remains predictable.

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
• Refunds apply only to the first purchase of a subscription.
• Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Access

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your service remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. Canceling does not automatically create a refund.

After cancellation, you should still review any time entries, project data, reports, invoices, or account information you need before access changes at the end of the paid period.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@zeitio.com with your account email, purchase date, transaction or order reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment provider.

We may ask for additional details to confirm the account, verify the payment, or understand the billing issue. Payment providers and banks can take additional time to show the refund on your statement after it has been approved.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Renewal payments, partially used billing periods, taxes, payment processing charges, and charges outside the initial refund window are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved by Zeitio.

If a billing error occurs, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the account history and payment details.
