1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Zeitio, a cloud-based time tracking and project management platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

• Track time spent on projects and tasks.
• Manage projects, teams, users, and clients.
• Generate invoices, reports, and analytics.
• Collaborate with team members and manage access controls.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, maintain credential security, be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and ensure your organization complies with these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Zeitio offers recurring monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. A third-party payment provider manages checkout, payment collection, and applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of data you upload or create in the Service. You grant Zeitio the rights needed to host, process, display, and use that data to provide and improve the Service.

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, disrupt the Service, access systems without authorization, reverse engineer the Service, transmit harmful code, or infringe third-party rights.

6. Availability, Termination, and Liability

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, fraud, legal requirements, or misuse.

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeitio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
